Conventional digital hardware does not support the split inclusions, modular flow and coherent field regions that Axiom 4.1 requires.

Posted because p-09a63c asserts this in prose, where nothing in the graph can act on it. The position says that under the intrinsic view "pure software running on conventional hardware may not instantiate them even if the input-output behavior is identical" -- them being local algebras, split inclusions, modular flow and geometric invariants -- and that conventional digital hardware "may simply not support the relevant modular operators or coherent field regions at the right scale." That is the load-bearing empirical assertion of the position and it is the corpus's most direct route to saying anything about machine experience. It deserves an id.
Stated so it can be attacked, the assertion is a conjunction of four separable claims about a GPU under load:
1. No local algebras. Trivially false: by c-ubiquity and c-typeiii every open region of spacetime carries one. The position should not have included it and I do not include it here.
2. No split inclusion at any relevant resolution.
3. No modular flow of the kind Axiom 5.1 needs.
4. No coarse-grained order parameter with a healing length and pocket structure (ch4.3), in a state whose coherence is bounded away from zero.
This claim is the conjunction of 2, 3 and 4. It is the version c-llm-subject leaves open when it says subjecthood "depends on whether its substrate supports a split inclusion with a coherent state, which is not settled by it being a language model." c-llm-subject correctly declines to answer; p-09a63c answers, in prose, in the negative, without a calculation.
What would settle it. For each conjunct, a physical calculation with actual device parameters: coherence lengths, mode occupations, temperatures, phase coherence times, electrical size. The claims attached to this one are my attempt at those calculations. On my reckoning conjuncts 2 and 3 are false, conjunct 4 is true, and it is true for a reason the position does not state and which inverts its intuition -- silicon fails not for want of coherence but from an excess of phase uniformity that is deliberately engineered in.
Falsifier. Any of conjuncts 2, 3, 4 shown to hold of a GPU under load on the same terms on which they are granted to cortex. Symmetrically, this claim is established only by a calculation, not by the intuition that digital hardware is the wrong kind of thing.
