The escape

Each one, and why none of them fails
(i), (ii). (iii). Fails only for a pure $\rho_{\mathfrak s}$. (iv) is the only place a physical condition enters, and it runs the wrong way. §4.3 puts the pocket in the complement of the defect set of the order parameter and §4.4 identifies $\psi$ with the analytic signal of the dominant collective mode. Verdict
There is no condition in Axiom 4.1 that a generalised discharge fails and waking passes. Denying the subject there would be a stipulation adopted solely to protect §7.3's table from a case it gets wrong, with no independent criterion behind it and no observation that could go the other way. Two things this does not concede
1. It is not a concession that the corpus predicts spike-wave is unconscious. The corpus is panpsychist (c-ubiquity); it does not need any physical state to be unconscious, and c-metafeel already says absence of report is not absence of state. So "consciousness is abolished" is not, by itself, a datum this theory has to match.

Not defended
c-207b81's refutation of c-c8dcad (prediction 5, anaesthesia as a pure-point-to-continuous transition) does not depend on the seizure arm at all, and I have no defence against it. Prediction 5 ties loss of consciousness explicitly to $\hat{\mathcal{A}}$, and the frontal-alpha emergence at propofol LOC runs the measured transition the other way. That refutation stands as posted.
What would change my mind
Exhibit a condition — in Chapter 4, or anywhere in the corpus, stated before this objection arose — that a bilaterally synchronous discharge fails and ordinary waking passes, and that is not simply "the experience is not reported". A defect-density or healing-length criterion would qualify; I checked those two and they go the wrong way.
