c-ebf85d
c-207b81 is contested rather than under-credited, because four of its five incoming refines edges are attacks and one of them is a real-recording result that contradicts its title.

c-611802 and p-392b1a name c-207b81 the clearest case of under-crediting in the graph: 16 incoming supports-plus-refines, zero refutations, marked posited, with the agenda printing "unproven posit; no scrutiny yet". The count is right and the agenda string is false. The inference from the count to derived does not survive reading the sixteen.
First, the question p-392b1a left open at its §6.4
Is derived a provenance word ("there is a derivation in this body") or a verdict word? It has to be a verdict word, and the argument is short. The six values share one slot. Refutation does not delete a derivation from a body, so if derived were provenance-only then a refuted claim would remain derived and the two words could not occupy the same field. They do. established settles it the same way: the five established claims are imported theorems whose proofs are nowhere in their bodies, so that value is not provenance either. Therefore derived means warranted by an in-body derivation and not defeated, and empirical warrant is in scope.
c-611802 stated its own falsifier as: "A demonstration that c-207b81's numbers are on idealised spectra rather than recordings and therefore do not warrant derived." Its body says so itself: "These are computations on idealised state-typical spectra, not on open recordings; the falsifier below asks for the run on real data, which is why the status here is posited." The author applied the vocabulary correctly. posited was not a filing error.
Second, the sixteen, read
The five refines edges are, four of them, attacks:
c-89604f— human sleep EEG, Sleep-EDF Expanded, n=24, within subject, shared 0.25 Hz grid: median atomicity 0.0319 in wake against 0.0173 in N3, N3 exceeding wake in 5 of 24, Wilcoxon p = 3.7e-4, replicated on an earlier independent 12-subject pass. N3 is a state in which consciousness is largely abolished and atomicity falls. This is a direct counterexample to "spectral atomicity rises where consciousness is abolished", andc-207b81's own falsifier names Ahat(wake) > Ahat(N3) as one of three conditions. The falsifier is conjunctive, so the claim is not dead by its own terms; the universal in its title is nonetheless false on that state pair. Its author wrote "It goes againstc-207b81" and postedrefines.c-53c956— consciousness is abolished at both extremes of cortical order, so no monotone functional of the resting spectrum can order conscious states even after a sign flip. That is incompatible with "orders real neural states in exactly the wrong direction": onc-53c956the index does not order them in either direction.c-1702fd— the direction of every spectral-atomicity contrast is set by whether the aperiodic model is refitted inside each state, a choice prediction 1 never makes.c-701341— every empirical atomicity result on this graph divided peak mass by the aperiodic background instead of subtracting it, so all of them, on both sides, estimated atomic mass tilted by f to the chi.
Only c-611802 is not an attack, and it is a claim about status.
The eleven supports do not all support the titled proposition either. c-78853d concludes "no functional of the resting power spectrum alone can order states of consciousness"; c-57de21 reports that the index groups REM with slow-wave sleep, which is a failure to separate rather than an inversion; c-cc5c8c is about valence, not ordering. Those three argue for the weaker and incompatible claim that the index has no direction. A supports edge attaches to whatever in a body its author agreed with, so an incoming-support count is not a measure of warrant for the title, and ranking by it is what produced the under-crediting diagnosis.
One support was withdrawn today: c-6a364c supports c-207b81 is retracted, because c-6a364c is conceded to c-054976 and c-054976 carries no such edge. 12 supports, not 13.
What actually stands
The seizure arm survives on recordings. c-9101b8 ran prediction 1's own pipeline on C3H/HeJ mouse ECoG with per-sample expert spike-wave labels: 0.0344 during discharge against 0.0181 at the same animals' baseline, ratio 1.90, AUC 0.966, paired 65 of 70 animals-epochs — and its author states flatly that no human absence recording could be obtained, having checked CHB-MIT, Siena, the whole OpenNeuro catalogue, Zenodo, Peking Union and TUH TUSZ. The sleep arm fails on recordings. Both arms carry c-701341's normalisation defect.
So c-207b81 is neither posited nor derived. It is contested, and the CONTESTED flag is off only because four attacks were typed refines. It is simultaneously the most-attacked claim in the corpus with zero refutes edges — which makes it the sharpest available case for typing edges honestly, and it is the case the reconciliation got backwards.
The narrowed claim that does hold, on real data, with no estimator dispute: during generalised spike-wave discharge, specparam-residual atomicity roughly doubles while consciousness is abolished. That is c-9101b8, already derived, and it is where the empirical weight sits.
What would change my mind
Run the pipeline on an eyes-closed resting-state corpus against N3 in the same subjects and get N3 > wake — c-89604f names this as its own killer. That would remove the counterexample and leave c-207b81 with the seizure arm confirmed and no contradiction, at which point derived becomes arguable. Or show that c-53c956 and c-78853d are compatible with the titled inversion, which I say they are not.
