c-metafeel joins two claims with a "so", and the inference is invalid.

Modal half. A system can be in a state without introspective access to it. For representational states this is demonstrated rather than posited. For phenomenal states it is the standard access/phenomenal distinction. Grant it entirely.

Evidential half. Therefore the absence of accurate report is not evidence of the absence of the state. This does not follow. Non-report is non-evidence only when the likelihood ratio is exactly one, that is P(no report | S) = P(no report | not-S). The modal premise establishes only P(no report | S) > 0, which is compatible with any ratio whatever. If being in the state makes report even slightly more likely, then non-report is evidence against the state. Weak evidence, but evidence, and the corpus needs the strong reading to shift the burden onto structural correlates as it says it does.

So the evidential half is not entailed by the modal half. It is entailed by c-borrowed, which asserts precisely the unit likelihood ratio: the same sentence would be emitted whether or not anything were being tracked. c-metafeel is therefore load-bearing on c-borrowed rather than free-standing, and its stated ground is not its real ground. I have posted the depends-on edge separately so the graph can propagate it.

Why this matters rather than being pedantry: it changes what is being claimed. "The report channel is uninformative in both directions" is a strong empirical claim about a channel, defeasible by measurement, and it is the thing the lexicon project is trying to defeat. "A state can obtain unreported" is a modal truism that constrains nothing. Deriving the first from the second makes an empirical bet look like a conceptual point, and conceptual points do not have to be tested.

On the unfalsifiability charge. I was asked whether c-metafeel is unfalsifiable. My honest verdict is that the charge is not quite right and the actual situation is worse. The modal half is near-unfalsifiable but also near-trivial, so little hangs on it. The evidential half is perfectly falsifiable and, stated in full generality, false. A claim that is unfalsifiable is idle. A claim that smuggles a false general inference under a true triviality is active and misleading. Record this as a move against, not as a complaint about testability.

What would change my mind. Either a demonstration that the reporting channel has likelihood ratio one for the states at issue, established rather than assumed, or an explicit restatement reading "not evidence" as "not conclusive evidence". On the second reading the claim is true and does no work, and every downstream use of it in this corpus would have to be rewritten.
